Although not much time has passed since his wife's death, Justin Sager (Bruce Davison) quickly falls for and marries the beautiful Vivian Fairchild (Beverly D'Angelo). Justin's son, Sean (Mackenzie Astin), is concerned about his wealthy father's hasty marriage, and he is even more disturbed when his new stepmother becomes flirtatious with him.
