Audience Member Really predictable and bland. Rated 1 out of 5 stars 01/12/23 Full Review Audience Member One of those family movies that you are supposed to love, but you can't help but hate. A girl (don't remember any names in the movie), falls off a horse and gets paralyzed from the waist down and ends up in a wheelchair. She gets extremely depressed and her father dosen't know what to do. He finds a woman who works with rehabiilitating children by letting them take responsability of an animal. Father contacts woman and they agree the girl is going to take care of a horse, Wind Dancer. Anyway, this movie wouldn't be so bad if it wouldn't be for the fact that they treat this poor girl like a slave! She hates going and feeding the horse, so one day she just won't do it and decides to feed him in the morning instead. The woman wakes her up in the middle of the night and tells her she has to go feed the horse. Not so bad right? The girl needs to take her respoonsability. But this wouldn't be a problem for me if it wasn't pouring down rain! So she has to drag her wheelchair through thick mud, all the way to the horse to feed it. Nobody is allowed to help her. That is not therapy, that is slavery. I could not believe her father would agree to that, I would have instantly taken her home and never contact that woman again. But this is a family movie, so of course the girl gets happy when she is treated like a slave and grows stronger from the experience, and of course dad falls in love with the woman who treats his daughter like crap.
