This is one of the best documentaries ever made by BBC about The Solar system. Not only are the visuals and cinematography are so strikingly beautiful, but the narrator himself is so energetic and informative that you want to hang on to every word he says. The recreation of the whole solar system is breath taking and just the sheer amount of discovery that has been made is just mind blowing if not earth shattering. I absolutely recommend this to EVERYONE ON EARTH! So you can all realize how much of a miracle our planet is.

Curti o prof. evolucionista falar "milagre"... sem comentários ehehe... No mais, um dos melhores documentários que assisti nos últimos tempos sobre astronomia. Impressionante em blu-ray.

Wonders Of The Solar System is a series of absolutely riveting documentaries.
Brian Cox infuses so much enthusiasm you cannot help but get caught up this journey. It's amazing how complex and yet easy to follow this all is. Cox's commentary has a touch of poetry, a lyrical quality that, combined with breath-taking imagery, brings it all to the level of a religious experience, but of course reminds us - who needs religion with such an awe-inspiring empirical world all around us.
Also, unlike other documentaries, the sondtrack is noteworthy - it rocks unlike most documentaries this reviewer's seen. The score, along with the stunning effects, and stylised cinematography make these feel like parts of an expansive Kubrickian feature film that informs as well as thrills. Not to be missed. Blu-Ray highly recommended.
