David Sims The Atlantic It is especially impressive that Days of Future Past is a success; a film this gooey and complex, with such business-minded scope, should not feel like a real movie at all. Sep 22, 2016 Full Review Katey Rich Vanity Fair In an age when more and more movies just feel like stepping-stones toward the next, bigger things, is it so much to ask that it be a good movie all on its own? Jul 13, 2015 Full Review David Stratton At the Movies (Australia) I guess I am a sucker for these sort of time travel films, travelling back in time to change the course of history. Rated: 3.5/5 Jan 2, 2015 Full Review JD Duran InSession Film While more action would of been ideal, there are some great character moments here that this franchise is known for. Rated: A- Aug 19, 2024 Full Review Cory Woodroof For the Win (USA Today) You can feel the gripping emotional undercurrent, admire the level of difficulty in the story that’s told or just rewatch at the Quicksilver “Time in a Bottle” sequence to really appreciate how great this movie is. Jul 22, 2024 Full Review Patrick Cavanaugh The Wolfman Cometh Effectively united some of the elements that X-Men fans had been waiting years to see, though doesn't quite due justice to the source material and squanders the good will of what X-Men: First Class earned the series. Lachlan K I hated every second of this pathetic excuse for a film although I enjoyed miles teller as goose TOM CRUISE BABY Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/25 Full Review Adrian T Tiene algunos vacios de guion ya que intentan que tenga sentido con el resto de peliculas y no lo logra totalmente. Sin embargo, vale la pena mirarla. Esta nueva saga de X-Men logra algo que las anteriores no logro: que nos identifiquemos con los personajes al punto de preocuparnos si mueren o no. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/20/25 Full Review PJ T The best movie of Fox’s X-men! Love the role Logan took in getting Charles back on his feet. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/08/25 Full Review Sergio A The best X-Men movie is the one that successfully portrays a complex and compelling story, masterfully executed under the direction of Bryan Singer. His narrative and visual approach elevate the plot, delivering a faithful and powerful adaptation of the original material. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 02/06/25 Full Review Riccardo D Great for what it was supposed to do! A fun, well-acted, well-structured chapter in the X-men series. Actors give great performances with McAvoy and Fassbender rising above the others as usual. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/29/25 Full Review Samuel W The culmination of the entirety of the X-Men franchise is Days of Future Past, as well as the proper resting place of the original cast in a battle of future and past with the torch being passed from the originals to the younger cast. With all-time favorites: Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Peter Dinlage, James McAvoy, Ian McKellen, and Michael Fassbender, and so, so, so many more, it would be so easy to be overwhelmed with so many characters and plotlines crossing and threading over each other. However, they did remarkably well and the story was engaging, the action was exciting, the stakes were incredible, and the risks they took paid off for an actual thrilling adventure in the end. So far, this is my favorite X-Men movie. Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 01/01/25 Full Review Read all reviews
