Fascinating documentary about the first woman to rise through the upper ranks of the Indian police force. Although made on a shoestring almost single handedly, this keeps the interest even if it leaves many questions not unanswered but unasked.

very good doco about the life of the first woman to reach the upper echelons of the Indian police force, although it leaves a lot of questions unanswered. Made on a shoestring and with a crew of approximately one person, this is nevertheless an intriguing look into an extremely paternal world.

Reading the premise I really wanted to like this one. Unfortunately I saw the Director deliver the A's to the Q and A's and was extremely disappointed. She is more than a tad bit condescending to her subject matter.
