Jagger (Yehuda Levi) is the outgoing unit leader of an Israeli Defense Force squad stationed on the Lebanese border; Yossi (Ohad Knoller) is his commanding officer. A contemplative soldier, Yossi is starting to buckle under the burden of his secret homosexuality. Jagger and Yossi explore their growing feelings for one another under the suspicious eyes of their fellow soldiers. Their colonel (Sharon Raginiano) brings news of an impending attack, which tests the bond between the two lovers.

Garry A @heavyg Jun 10 The two leads have a fun, playful chemistry. I just couldn't take it too seriously with all the unrealistic silly behavior right before they go on the front lines. Boring and meaningless dialogue, uninteresting characters, poor production values and terrible acting. Are we supposed to believe they are in a war zone? ...seems more like a paintball park. Perhaps this passed as "good" 20 years ago, but this has to be one of the worst films I viewed. The only thing more shocking than the praise given to this film; is that they made a sequel.
