Karlie M Indescribably terrible and cheesy acting, but not bad enough go stop watching apparently. Very predictable and I found myself laughing at many parts that I don't think were meant to be funny. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/07/23 Full Review Jen Lee The first thing anyone does when they are on the run from an abusive partner is SHUT THE CURTAINS!!! Especially at night!! This movie insults our intelligence!! Not only is the lead sleeping at her friend's house with the blinds up and very sheer curtains, there's a lava lamp on beside the bed illuminating her face as she slept. Dumb writing on this movie!! Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 10/05/23 Full Review Kathy C Dumbest movie ever. So much was stolen from the movie "Enough". Horrible acting, but that's Lifetime for you. Seriously, do not waste your time. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 09/09/23 Full Review Angela Well, it could be a little more believable. You can definitely tell it was a lower budget film. For instance, the no name actors & the B rated acting on believability sincerity and becoming the character instead of the persona of a Disney character movie actor. The plot reminded me more of a mix of the Jennifer Lopez in "Enough" definitely a knock off Lifetime movie. The reason I say non-believable isn't just in the acting. It was in the details like she ran off, changed her name and just disappeared like it was abuse that she had been enduring for more than one time so they left a lot of good details that explains why such a quick reaction for her to just up & move so far away and start over and go as far as changing her name. The way she acted extremely paranoid & jumpy seemed more like somebody who had been going through it for far longer than she had been. This showed it as if it was a one time abuse that got out-of-control. She should've reported it to police and left him! But it was made to seem like it was something far worse and for much longer. Abuse is never good, but people don't just pack up and leave and change their name and take self defense fighting over one time! Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/05/23 Full Review Mark K I usually really like Lifetime movies but this one is just "eh". However I think some might enjoy it if they like abusive husband type movies. Enjoy if you decide to watch. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 09/04/23 Full Review DD M It was mid. There needed to be more suspense or something. I watched it expecting to see some but there really wasn't anything like that. The ending is lacking. The whole movie is giving off-brand Enough. 2/5 stars⭐.
