Students Hayley and James are young and in love. After saying goodbye for Christmas at a London train station, they both make the same mad split-second decision to swap trains and surprise each other. Passing each other in the station, they are completely unaware that they have just swapped Christmases. Hayley arrives at a vast mansion in a small village in the Gloucester countryside to find a place where Christmas does not exist, whilst James heads north to a small semi-detached in Macclesfield and steps into the warm and chaotic pandemonium that only a large family Christmas can bring. When the entire country is blanketed in the biggest snowfall on record, our star-crossed lovers are trapped at the most manic time of the year. Christmas traditions are turned on their head, secrets are revealed, and family truths are told with hilarious consequences. The couple realize that there is an awful lot they don't know about each other. Will they be able to swap back in time for Christmas Day? And will Hayley and James' fledgling relationship make it through to the New Year?

Wenlei Ma News.com.au Your Christmas or Mine is in many ways a typical comedy of errors with a festive bent, but the casting throughout the whole ensemble is dead on and even if the supporting characters are familiar tropes, they’re appealing ones. Rated: 3/5 Dec 10, 2022 Full Review Benjamin Lee Guardian A hackneyed grab-bag of sitcom cliches that ends up feeling more like tired pantomime. Rated: 2/5 Dec 2, 2022 Full Review Stefan Pape Common Sense Media This British Christmas romcom thrives on its simple, yet effective premise. Jan 10, 2024 Full Review Rebecca Johnson Film Focus Online It's plot may be a little under baked, with a few too many conveniences and clunky communication, but it aims to do one thing – make us laugh – and it undoubtedly achieves that. Rated: 3/5 Jul 24, 2023 Full Review Carlo Peritore FILMINK (Australia) … unchallenging Christmas fluff. Rated: 12/20 Dec 9, 2022 Full Review John Serba Decider A perfectly amiable outing that generates enough warmth to warrant a watch, and it’s probably a touch less annoying than your average Hallmark Xmas slop. Jack L Although charming at times, this movie is overstuffed with Christmas cliches and contrivances while often stepping over the line to unbearably corny Rated 2 out of 5 stars 01/10/24 Full Review Shannon T Just a lovely feel good Christmas movie! Can't wait to watch both again next year as part of my Christmas movie repertoire Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/02/24 Full Review Nig H Absolutely awful no plot goes nowhere you know what's coming just another payday for the actors Rated 1 out of 5 stars 12/28/23 Full Review Jana R Charming and and witty. This film positively suprised me even though I'm not a big fan of christmas romcoms. Unfortunately, the sequel didn't hold up... Rated 4 out of 5 stars 12/23/23 Full Review Gorptholemew T 🍅 6.2/10 This is a fun little Christmas movie that has some really stupid moments but to be honest, I don't really care it got me in the Christmas mood and I had a good time watching this with my family. Grade B Rated 3 out of 5 stars 12/23/23 Full Review D C Very cute and funny movie. I loved it….only critique is it was not believable the main actors were 21yo. But they had parents looking like they were in there 60s so whatever Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 12/18/23 Full Review Read all reviews
