English dub on the other hand has the same old issue. See more Mar 31 Seeing the way yugi and Kaiba both grieved the pharaoh was emotional and well done. Seeing Kaiba switch from being a doubter to a believer in the subtext of the time passed was awesome. You can see the love he had for the pharaoh and has for yugi. He cares for them both. Watching Kaiba and yugi’s interactions towards the end of the film were so wholesome. This movie did justice to duel monsters in a great way. Absolutely loved it! See more 06/06/2022 Excellent continuation from the final episode from the anime, all the main characters action makes total sense with his/her backstory in the original anime, the only bad thing is the villain, not really a lot of backstory, just the necessary to know that he is a threat, the duels are amazing, both visually and build-up, the final yugi and kaiba duel steals the movie, it has tension, drama, spectacular moments, and it finally gives little yugi his time to shine as the king of games, See more Read all reviews
