Zombob Z A note of interest Hello! I just finished watching "Zombies by Design" from 2006. Here is the note of interest: the people behind this movie have also made comedies. This movie is categorized as "horror." However, I am not sure if this movie was meant to be straight up "horror," or "horror/comedy." As horror only, I would give this a much lower rating. Even for 2006, this was pretty rough. I appreciate all the hard work involved, but it just needed more of a budget. As a horror/comedy, my rating goes up. Things in this movie really make me think this is supposed to be a horror/comedy. The acting, the special effects, the props and equipment = comedy. So here are my ratings: as a straight up horror flick, I would rate this as a 3 on a scale of 1 to 10. And as a horror/comedy flick: I would rate this as a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10.
