Verne Gay Newsday Visually spectacular and a good cast — Wong in particular. Rated: 3/4 Apr 8, 2024 Full Review Wenlei Ma The Nightly (AU) Ambitious, towering and crammed with big ideas about intellectual curiosity, exploration and our place in the universe while still managing to tell intimate stories about human relationships. Apr 1, 2024 Full Review Shirley Li The Atlantic I get a kick out of realizing which portions of the trilogy the show’s creators have chopped up and rearranged, delighted to be shown parallels among characters... and still find Benioff and Weiss to be great at writing memorable, economical dialogue. Mar 25, 2024 Full Review Palmer Haasch Business Insider "3 Body Problem," which oscillates from murder mystery to extraterrestrial sensibilities that should tickle any Carl Sagan fan's interest, sometimes feels too big for itself. Conversely, that large scope is also what makes it so compelling. Nov 15, 2024 Full Review Nelson Acosta Koimoi 3 Body Problem is an adaptation with all the ingredients for success, but it doesn’t match the original material’s efforts doesn’t to create something unique and compelling. Rated: 3/5 Jul 4, 2024 Full Review Joonatan Itkonen Toisto.net This is a big, brilliant, and beautiful sci-fi epic that was worth the wait. Rated: 5/5 Jul 3, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Malks A Dont watch this, watch the Chinese "Three Body" instead. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 04/15/25 Full Review sofia g Love it, massively entertaining albeit not always making sense. Great acting except for Eiza Gonzalez who sticks out like a sore thumb. She just spends a lot of screen time looking either concerned or staring blankly at something, her lips always in the same position - slightly parted. No idea what that's about. I'm rooting for Jess Hong, she's the real lead. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/13/25 Full Review Paul S It was really compelling when it started, but as it progressed, its plot went all over the place and was really hard to follow. Overall, it was a really intriguing show and had some great visuals. I definitely recommend it for sci-fi and mystery fans! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 04/08/25 Full Review M7AMD A Only the first two episodes were really good, and the third episode was fairly good as well, but after that, it went downhill. The story started with an intriguing idea that gets you hooked, but for some reason, as you progress through the series, it gets really dumb and stretched for no reason. I really liked the idea of virtual reality and had hoped they would explore it further—unfortunately, they didn’t. One of the many reasons this series didn’t work for me was the characters. You can’t help but feel annoyed by how Jin and Auggie respond to everything like a bunch of teenagers with tantrum issues—and these are supposed to be scientists, might I add! And don’t get me started on the most annoying character in the series: Will. I mean, we get it—you have cancer and you’re going to die soon—but you don’t have to remind us about it a hundred times during the show. And what was with the ridiculous love pursuit? These were all stupid decisions the writers made and could have easily been replaced with something more meaningful. It's sad that a show with such a great story was handled this poorly. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 04/08/25 Full Review Jason M Ok this show is a must for me love it Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/22/25 Full Review Mojo P This Carl Sagan like show is a must see for Sci Fi fans absolutely loved this one, looking forward for season 2.
