Walton Goggins definitely stole the show here with his performance. The other actors also do a really good job as well. While it presents an interesting world and some intriguing characters, the overall experience felt flat and difficult to stay invested in. Instead of pulling you deeper into its story, it often feels like it’s just moving along without a strong sense of purpose or urgency. The characters have potential, but they don’t leave a lasting impact. It feels like the series keeps shifting directions rather than fully committing to one strong narrative path, which makes it harder to stay focused or emotionally connected. For viewers unfamiliar with the source material, it can feel even more distant, almost like you’re watching something that expects prior knowledge without fully earning your attention on its own. I had only heard about it and seen it through watching my boyfriend play the games and showing me aspects of it so watching the show when it came out I loved it ! It was great overall, with the storyline, the amazing actors, the characters and it always left me looking forward to the next episode !
