Fallout is the story of haves and have-nots in a world in which there’s almost nothing left to have. Two-hundred years after the apocalypse, the gentle denizens of luxury fallout shelters are forced to return to the irradiated hellscape their ancestors left behind—and are shocked to discover an incredibly complex, gleefully weird, and highly violent universe waiting for them.

As a production, Fallout is impeccably thought-through, intricately detailed, scenically dazzling and richly immersive. Go to Full Review

Fallout reveals itself to be a show with some potent things to say about where we’re headed if we allow corporate interests to dictate the future. Go to Full Review

Goofy when it’s bloody, glinting when it’s conspiratorial, and always looking for another way to surprise you, Fallout has a counterintuitive rhythm: there’s too much going on, but it feels right. Go to Full Review

Anchored by stellar performances, ultra-violent sequences, and tongue-in-cheek humour – Fallout is a remarkable balancing act to behold and one so captivating it will surely become as iconic as the games before it. Go to Full Review

The best part about the Fallout series is how many references are sprinkled in for fans to point out. I had an absolute blast seeing all the little easter egg, ranging from surface level to obscure ones that only the most obsessive fans will notice. Go to Full Review

Nicos N @sandelnico 1d Works great as game adaptation as well as TV drama show. Fallout does the overwhelming most right. See more Kamala H. @AprilThe20th 1d Just ok. Very overrated. The writing is pretty bad, and the choice of casting is not great. See more Tony Y @tonchiyarriss 2d The best possible and highly successful introduction of Fallout world to "small screens" See more Richard R @Raross8787 2d Everything we expected. Walton goggins carries the show See more bimothy b @davidhad3batteries3 2d im a big fan of the fallout franchise and this show doesnt really help the narrative and lore of the world. idk if the showrunners played the fallout games or consulted with bethesda prior to writing the script but this show is lacking. for the most part it does look nice. the sets are pretty decent. the plot is mostly okay. the main issue i have is the writing and the acting. everyone in the show except for zach cherry and walton goggins seem so tense and stiff. the way people move seems forced and ungraceful, and no one moves their arms at all. its a small thing but look at marriage story and then look at this show and tell me the difference between their body movements. all the actors are largely just talking and not actually doing anything. and the dialogue between characters is just weird. fallout is weird but not this weird. fnv is a good benchmark for how people talk to each other in the universe and this show falls short. otherwise it might be worth a watch.
