      Reviews Melissa Rycroft is a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader who first gained fame as a contestant on the ABC reality show "The Bachelor," on which she accepted the proposal of Jason Mesnick, only to have him break up with her within weeks of the show ending. Following that experience, she reconnected with hometown boyfriend Tye Strickland, who she married in 2009.
