Y’avait tellement plus à dire. Sinon les 3 étoiles c’est pour les choix dévêtues inclusifs et les décors magnifiques. On voit le budget. I also love that the characters come off realistic with the casualness, with their comments (funny innuendos), gestures (like flipping people off which makes me laugh), and so much more. The second season of One Piece arrives without needing to prove anything, and that makes all the difference. With its tone already established, the series simply embraces its own craziness and runs with it. And it works. It’s over-the-top, caricatured, sometimes even a little silly… but that’s also exactly what gives the whole thing its identity. The world expands, the crew grows, and the charisma continues to hold it all together with impressive ease. Live-action doesn’t always manage to capture the energy of the fights or the visual absurdity, but when it gets it right, it gets it right beautifully. In the end, it’s the kind of series that doesn’t try to convince anyone. Either you hop on board, or you’ve been left behind a long time ago. And honestly? That’s totally fine.
