Ava Max
Amanda Ava Koçi, known professionally as Ava Max, was born on February 16, 1994 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Albanian parents. After a hard road of singing competitions, childhood bullying and rejected demo tapes, Max earned a deal with Atlantic Records in 2016 after releasing the song "Anyone But You" on SoundCloud. She would spend the next few years developing her artistic style and signature asymmetrical hair when her breakthrough success "Sweet But Psycho" (2018) hit the airwaves. Her debut studio album, "Heaven & Hell" was released on September 18, 2020. After releasing her second album, "Diamonds & Dancefloors" (2023) Max embarked on her first world tour (the Covid pandemic had prevented touring after her first album). Ava Max contributed to the "Barbie" (2023) movie soundtrack with her song "Choose Your Fighter".
