Christine Hakim
Christine Hakim was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Hakim began her acting career with roles in such films as "Dibalik Kelambu" (1984), "Tjoet Nja'Dhien" (1989) and "Sleeping Man" (1996). She kept working in film throughout the nineties and the 2010s, starring in "Leaf on a Pillow" (1998), "Pasir Berbisik" (2001) and the documentary "Pierre Rissient: Man of Cinema" (2008) with Pierre Rissient. She also appeared in the crime drama "Jamila dan Sang Presiden" (2009) with Atiqah Hasiholan and "Merantau" (2009) with Alex Abbad. Hakim most recently acted in the Julia Roberts dramatic adaptation "Eat Pray Love" (2010).
