Claude-Oliver Rudolph
German actor Claude-Oliver Rudolph had considerable luck early on in his career, with one of his first roles as a supporting player in Wolfgang Petersen's international hit "Das Boot." The success of the submarine-set war film allowed Rudolph to pursue more productions in his homeland, including the 1986 drama "Die Reise" and a wide array of television shows. A familiar guest on crime programs such as "Derrick" and "Tatort," Rudolph eventually branched out into writing and directing during the 1990s. Although he has mainly stuck to German-language movies and shows, he appeared in the 1999 Bond film "The World Is Not Enough," which remains his most high-profile screen credit.
