Dan Monahan
Dan Monahan was an actor who made a successful career for himself in film. Monahan had an early acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the dramatic adaptation "Only When I Laugh" (1981) with Marsha Mason and "Porky's" (1981). He had an early role on the television special "The Terrible Secret" (1978-79). He also appeared in the TV movie "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn" (1980-81). He continued to act in productions like "Porky's II: The Next Day" (1983), the Tim Matheson comedy "Up the Creek" (1983) and "Porky's Revenge" (1985). He also appeared in the Judd Nelson comedy "From the Hip" (1987). In the nineties, Monahan lent his talents to projects like "Stephen King's The Night Flier" (HBO, 1996-97), "Intimate Portrait: Cybill Shepherd" (Lifetime, 1997-98), "Shattered Illusions" (1998) and "Baby Geniuses" (1999) starring Kathleen Turner. Monahan most recently appeared in "Monkey Business" (2000-01).
