Diana King worked on a variety of projects during her entertainment career. Early on, King mostly landed roles in various films, including "A Farewell to Arms" (1957), "Die! Die! My Darling!" (1965) with Tallulah Bankhead and "Electric Eskimo" (1979). She also appeared in "The Wildcats of St. Trinian's" (1980). King worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Father, Dear Father" (1977-78). She continued to act in productions like "Pink Floyd The Wall" (1982). She also landed a role in the miniseries "A Married Man" (1983-84). She also appeared in the TV special "Love Song" (PBS, 1986-87). King also created music for the Leon Robinson adventurous drama "Cool Runnings" (1993). King's music was most recently featured in "How Stella Got Her Groove Back" (1998) with Angela Bassett. King continued to exercise her talent in the nineties, taking on a mix of projects like "The 10th Essence Awards" (Fox, 1996-97), "When We Were Kings" with Muhammad Ali (1996) and the Julia Roberts and Dermot Mulroney blockbuster "My Best Friend's Wedding" (1997). Her credits also expanded to "The 1998 Essence Awards" (Fox, 1997-98).
