Elizabeth Ho
Actress Elizabeth Ho racked up guest appearances in nearly a dozen prime-time staples before landing her first major recurring role in pot dispensary comedy "Disjointed" (Netflix, 2017-). The daughter of Broadway performer Jennifer Ann Lee, Ho was born in San Francisco, CA in 1983. She first graced the stage when she played Princess Jasmine at Disneyland's "Aladdin Live Musical Spectacular," and after changing her major from Business to Theater at the University of Southern California, appeared in numerous regional plays. She made her screen debut in an episode of police procedural "Women's Murder Club" (ABC, 2007-08) and followed it up with one-off appearances in "Castle" (ABC, 2009-2016), "Grey's Anatomy" (ABC, 2005-) and "Miami Medical" (CBS, 2010). Ho moved into comedy when she guested as hooker Jasmine in "Two and a Half Men" (CBS, 2003-2015) and landed a five-episode stint as Melissa's press secretary Rhonda Cheng in "Melissa and Joey" (ABC Family, 2010-15). Ho took center stage for the first time playing rookie cop Min in short film "Kilo" (2010) but suffered a setback when three consecutive pilots, "Danni Lowinski," "Heavenly" and "American Judy" all failed to receive pickups. Shortly after she made her film debut appearing as a bridal saleswoman in romantic comedy "Save the Date" (2012), guested on "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-), "Rake" (Fox, 2014) and "2 Broke Girls" (CBS, 2011-17) and provided the voices for several characters on animation "TRON: Uprising" (Disney XD, 2012-13). Ho went on to bag minor film roles in Susanna Fogel's directorial debut "Life Partners" (2014), Matt LeBlanc comedy "Lovesick" (2014), holiday drama "Seasons of Love" (2014), action adventure "The Last Tour" (2016) and spoof "50 Shades of Black" (2016). But her big break arrived when she was cast as kind-hearted, overachieving marijuana dispensary employee Jenny in the Kathy Bates vehicle "Disjointed" (Netflix, 2017-).
