Erika Jayne

Born in 1971, singer, actress and television personality Erika Jayne was raised in Atlanta, Georgia by her mother, who was classically trained as a pianist. Jayne moved to New York City at the age of 18 after graduating from North Atlanta High School. During her time in New York Jayne was the member of several girl groups. She also met and married her first husband. In pursuit of her dream of a career in the performing arts, Jayne relocated to Los Angeles. Jayne began her career in LA with small roles in movies and television. Jayne's first single was released in 2007, a pop ballad called "Roller Coaster." It hit number one on Billboard's Club Chart. In 2009, Jayne released an album, Pretty Mess, featuring several songs Jayne co-wrote. In 2015, Jayne joined the cast of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" (Bravo, 2010-) during the sixth season of the series. A popular character on the series, Jayne began to do additional TV work, including making an appearance in 2016's "Sharknado: The 4th Awakens" (SyFy, 2016). In 2017, Jayne appeared on Bravo talk show "Watch What Happens" (Bravo, 2009-), where she performed her single "XXpen$ive". In 2017 it was announced that Jayne would be a contestant on the 24th season of "Dancing with the Stars" (ABC, 2005-).
