George C. Pearce
George Pearce was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Pearce started off his career in film with roles in "The Printer's Devil" (1923), "Daring Youth" (1924) and "The Irresistible Lover" (1927). Pearce then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "The Valiant" (1929), "The Lone Rider" (1930) with Buck Jones and "Dynamite Ranch" (1932). He also appeared in "This Reckless Age" (1932) and the Gene Autry musical "The Singing Cowboy" (1936). Later in his career, Pearce acted in the Grace Moore musical comedy "When You're in Love" (1937). Pearce passed away in August 1940 at the age of 75.
