Halil Ergün
Halil Ergun was who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in Ergun's acting career, Ergun landed roles in various films, including "Maden" (1978) with Cuneyt Arkin, the foreign "Kırık Bir Aşk Hikayesi" (1981) with Leyla Altin and "Yol" (1982). Ergun also appeared in "Kirik Bir Ask Hikayesi" (1983), "Kasic Ousmani" (1985) and "Kirlangic Firtinasi" (1985). Ergun kept working in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, starring in "Bekci" (1986), "Gunese Kopru" (1986) and "Filim Ritti" (1990) with Kadir Inanir. Ergun also appeared in "Uzlasma" (1991) and the Oguz Tunc drama "Dugun - Die Heirat" (1992). More recently, Ergun continued to act in the Can Togay biopic "The Blue Exile" (1993), the drama "Yolcu" (1993) with Mujde Ar and the dramedy "Zombie and the Ghost Train" (1994) with Silu Seppala. Ergun also appeared in "Mum kokulu kadinlar" (1996) and the Alessandro Gassman drama "Steam" (1998). Ergun most recently acted in "Yara" (1998).
