Jane Beard
Jane Beard rose to fame as an actress, gracing the silver screen many times over the course of her Hollywood career. In the early stages of her acting career, Beard was featured in films like the Robin Givens film "Foreign Student" (1994), "Guarding Tess" (1994) starring Shirley MacLaine and the Richard Dreyfuss film "Silent Fall" (1994). Beard worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Homicide: Life on the Street" (1992-99). She continued to work steadily in film throughout the nineties, appearing in the comedic fantasy "Trading Mom" (1994) with Sissy Spacek and "Species II" (1998). She also worked in television during these years, including a part on "The West Wing" (NBC, 1999-2006). In her more recent career, she tackled roles in the mystery thriller "Cry Wolf" (2005) with Ethan Cohn and "Step Up" (2006) with Channing Tatum. Beard most recently acted in the romantic comedy "Rocket Science" (2007) with Reece Thompson.
