Jed Brian
Jed Brian is an American filmmaker, actor, writer, director, and producer recognized primarily for his work in the horror genre. His notable success came with the 2013 found-footage horror thriller, "Unlisted Owner." For this project, he served as writer, director, star, and producer, co-writing the script with Tyler Landers. The film, which follows a group of friends investigating the site of a family murder, successfully combines scares, humor, and suspense. "Unlisted Owner" achieved significant traction, reaching #9 on Amazon's Top 10 Hot New Horror Releases. It was released on Blu-ray and maintains a strong following on streaming platforms like Amazon and Tubi, as well as among collectors of authenticated VHS tapes (verified by Beckett). Brian, the owner of Lawford County Productions, also works as a writer and script contributor for ACM Films/ACMofficial, creating short horror scripts for their weekly YouTube releases. His notable shorts include "Don't Look in the Mirror," "Night Shift," "Smiling Woman 2," and "Serbian Dancing Lady Pool." Another significant achievement for Brian was his pioneering short horror film, "Trick Not Treat" (October 2021), which merged horror cinema with blockchain technology. Released through Lawford County Productions and in collaboration with Terror Cards founder Previn Wong, it was one of the first short NFT horror films ever. The NFT, which dropped on the AtomicHub marketplace powered by WAX cryptocurrency, bundled exclusive film access with collectible digital memorabilia. Brian's other film credits include "Fangs" (2021), "10/31: Part 3" (2022), "Flesh Eaters" (2022), "Grim Reaper 2" (2022), and "Trick and Treats" (2025), which co-stars Gary Busey.
