John Calvert was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Calvert began his career with a role in "The Mark of the Whistler" (1944) with Richard Dix. Calvert began to focus on film after appearing in the Cora Sue Collins drama "Youth on Trial" (1945). Later in his career, Calvert acted in "Devil's Cargo" (1948). Calvert passed away in September 2013 at the age of 102.
