Trina
Katrina Taylor, known professionally as Trina, grew up in Miami, Florida. Out of high school she was studying to become a real estate agent, but then switched to music. She was asked by rapper Trick Daddy to appear on the lead single from his studio album "www.thug.com." In 2000, Trina released her debut album "Da Baddest Bitch." This album stayed on the Billboard 200 chart for 39 weeks. Her second album "Diamond Princess" was released in 2002. She appeared in the film "A Miami Tail" (2003) as Alicia Strada. She took on another acting role in "The Cookout" (2004) and its sequel "The Cookout 2" (2011). Most recently she has appeared on "Love & Hip Hop: Miami" (VH1, 2018- ), "BET Hip Hop Awards" (2022) and "The Real Housewives of Potomac" (Bravo, 2016- ).
