Crossland then began to rack up a number of film credits, including roles in "Bright Victory" (1951) and "I Want You" (1952). Later in her career, Crossland acted in the crime feature "The Captive City" (1952) with John Forsythe. Crossland passed away in November 1954 at the age of 58.
