Martha Velez
Martha Velez-Johnson was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. Velez-Johnson marked her early career with roles in "a.k.a. Pablo" (1983-84), "The Family Martinez" (CBS, 1985-86) and "L.A. Law" (NBC, 1986-1994). Later, Velez-Johnson acted in "Live! From Death Row" (1991-92), "Nails" (Showtime, 1991-92) and "The Panama Deception" (1992). She also appeared in the Patrick Swayze crime drama "Father Hood" (1993) and the drama "Safe" (1995) with Julianne Moore. More recently, Velez-Johnson acted in the dramedy "Star Maps" (1997) with Douglas Spain.
