Pedro Regas
Pedro Regas was an actor who graced the silver screen many times throughout his Hollywood career. Regas's earliest roles were in film, including "Viva Villa" (1934) with Wallace Beery, the western "West of the Pecos" (1934) with Richard Dix and "The Traitor" (1936). He also appeared in "Tiger Fangs" (1943). He kept working in film throughout the forties and the sixties, starring in the Duncan Renaldo western "South of the Rio Grande" (1945), the biographical drama "Viva Zapata!" (1952) with Marlon Brando and "The Hell With Heroes" (1968) with Rod Taylor. His work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Cutter's Trail" (CBS, 1969-1970). In the latter half of his career, he tackled roles in the Don Stroud action picture "Angel Unchained" (1970) and the Anthony Quinn adventure "Flap" (1970). Regas last appeared in "Wild Women" (ABC, 1970-71). Regas passed away in August 1974 at the age of 77.
