As an actor, Spears has appeared in several television series, including "Friends" (NBC, 1994-2003) and "E.R" (NBC, 1994-2008), and also acted in films such as "Father of the Bride Part II" (1995), "The Opposite of Sex" (1998), "Something's Gotta Give" (2003), "Call Me By Your Name" (2017), and most recently in the film "Sublet" (2020), directed by Eytan Fox. In 2020, Spears founded his own production company, Cor Cordium.
