Though many were more familiar with her voice than with her face, comedic actor Rachel Ramras began entertaining audiences on stage and on screen in the early 2000s. Born in Phoenix, Arizona in 1974, Ramras soon relocated to Los Angeles and began taking classes at the Groundlings improv theater. After rising through the ranks as a student, Ramras eventually became part of the troupe's professional performing company, appearing in shows like "Groundlings: One More Time for Mama" and "Groundlings Family Portrait." At the same time, she also took her comedic talents into the TV industry, becoming a writer on "Cedric the Entertainer Presents" (Fox, 2002-03) in 2002 and on Frank Caliendo's "Frank TV" (TBS, 2007-08) in 2007. Always well known within the Groundlings community for her strong comedic vocal abilities, Ramras next joined the voice cast of "Mad" (Cartoon Network, 2010-13), an animated version of the classic humor magazine. A particularly large step came for Ramras in 2012 when she became an executive producer, writer, and voice actor on a new series starring the classic Looney Tunes characters, "The Looney Tunes Show" (Cartoon Network, 2011-13). Taking a decidedly left-field approach for her next project, Ramras began writing and providing the voice of Yung Hee for the Adult Swim series "Mike Tyson Mysteries" (Adult Swim, 2014-) in 2014. A quirky take on shows like "Scooby Doo, Where Are You?" (CBS, 1969-1970) and "Mister T" (NBC, 1983-85) that starred the voice of boxer Mike Tyson as himself, the show became a cult hit. Meanwhile, Ramras collaborated with fellow Groundlings alums Hugh Davidson and Larry Dorf on yet another project, a comedy series about a sketch comedy troupe entitled "Nobodies" (TV Land, 2017-).
