Rudy Sarzo
Rudy Sarzo, born in Havana, Cuba in 1950, immigrated to the United States in 1961. His illustrious career as a musician began in 1978 when he joined the heavy metal band Quiet Riot. From early 1981 to late 1982, he toured and recorded with Ozzy Osbourne's band. Sarzo then became a member of Whitesnake, performing with them from 1987 to 1994. He rejoined Quiet Riot in 1997 and has since continued to tour and record with bands such as DIO, Blue Oyster Cult, and the progressive metal band Queensryche. In 2005, Sarzo also became an author with the publication of his book, "Off the Rails: Aboard the Crazy Train in the Blizzard of Ozz."
