Yet another alum who graduated from the staff of the ABC comedy "Spin City," Sebastian Jones stayed on the sitcom path, reaping benefits from shows that aired on NBC and TBS. Jones was hired on to "Spin City" in 1996 as a story editor, eventually getting bumped up to executive story editor, writer, and co-producer over the next two years. In 1999, he became a producer/writer for Steven Levitan's Tony Shalhoub comedy, "Stark Raving Mad." Jones rebounded from its cancellation when he joined the wildly successful NBC ratings juggernaut "Friends." Occasionally penning episodes as far back as 1996, Jones was brought on full-time as a producer in 2000. For the next four years, he rose up the ranks to a supervising producer and finally a co-executive producer. During this time, he was part of the crew that won an Outstanding Comedy Series Emmy in 2002 and landed a nomination for that same category the following year. After a brief stint as a writer/supervising producer on the short-lived ABC ensemble comedy "Hot Properties," Jones landed the same role for the second season of the TBS sitcom "My Boys," eventually moving up to co-executive producer before the show was canceled in 2010.
