      Timbaland built up his entertainment career by putting his musical skills to use in the world of Hollywood. Timbaland's early music mostly was featured in comedies like "Booty Call" (1997), the Vanessa Williams film "Soul Food" (1997) and the Jennifer Love Hewitt film "Can't Hardly Wait" (1998). He also appeared in the Eddie Murphy hit "Dr. Dolittle" (1998), "Varsity Blues" (1999) with James Van Der Beek and Jon Voight and the Mike Myers hit "Austin Powers: the Spy Who Shagged Me" (1999). In the early 2000s, Timbaland's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like "Mean Girls" (2004), the comedy "Without a Paddle" (2004) with Seth Green and the biopic drama "Coach Carter" (2005) with Samuel L. Jackson. Timbaland's music was also featured in the Emma Roberts comedy "Wild Child" (2009), "More Than a Game" (2009) with LeBron James and "Step Up 3-D" (2010). His music was also featured in the Hugh Jackman action movie "Real Steel" (2011) and the children's sequel "Happy Feet Two" (2011) with Elijah Wood. Timbaland's music was most recently used in the Channing Tatum drama sequel "Magic Mike XXL" (2015).
