Actor Vien Hong appeared in a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Hong started his acting career in various dramas, including "ER" (NBC, 1994-2009), "7th Heaven" (1995-2007) and "Nash Bridges" (CBS, 1995-2001). He also took on a few movie roles at the time, appearing in the Christian Slater action movie "Gleaming the Cube" (1989). Hong also provided his talents as a voice actor for "Where on Earth Is Carmen Sandiego?" (Fox, 1993-98). Several more television roles followed in the nineties and the early 2000s, including stints on "Promised Land" (1996-99), "Sabrina, the Teenage Witch" (1996-2003) and "The District" (CBS, 2000-04). He also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the comedic drama "Glory Daze" (1996) with Ben Affleck and the dramatic comedy "Catfish in Black Bean Sauce" (2000) with Paul Winfield. Hong had a number of different projects under his belt in the early 2000s through the 2010s, including "The Shield" (FX, 2001-09), "We Were Soldiers" (2002) starring Mel Gibson and "American Pie Presents The Naked Mile" (2006). His credits also expanded to "RoboCop" (2014) and the Patrick Stewart and Hugh Jackman box office smash "X-Men: Days of Future Past" (2014). Most recently, Hong worked on "No Escape" (2015) with Owen Wilson.
