Whitfield Connor
Throughout his Hollywood career, Whitfield Connor acted in a wide variety of dramatic films. Connor marked his early career with roles in the Van Heflin dramatic period piece "Tap Roots" (1948) and "Guiding Light" (CBS, 1951-2009). Connor began to focus on film after appearing in the drama "Scarlet Angel" (1952) with Yvonne De Carlo and "The President's Lady" (1953) with Susan Hayward. Later in his career, Connor acted in the Elizabeth Taylor drama "Butterfield 8" (1960).
