Will Seefried
Actor Will Seefried landed roles in high-profile television projects almost immediately after graduating from college, including "The Deuce" (HBO, 2017-) and "Dietland" (AMC, 2018- ), while also shepherding his own episodic series, "Sink Sank Sunk." Seefried attended the Denver School of the Arts, a Colorado-based performing arts high school, before continuing his training at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, the Second City improvisational troupe and Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. He then returned to New York University for its graduate acting program, and performed in numerous productions there, as well as a slew of student films. Upon graduation, Seefried dove headlong into professional theater as well as film and television; he appeared in productions at Lincoln Center in New York, and landed minor roles on "True Blood" (HBO, 2008-2014) and as a double/stunt performer on "The Deuce." In 2017, Seefried co-created and starred opposite Laura Linney in "Sink Sank Sunk," an docudrama series about an introverted photographer who attempts to complete a documentary left by his complicated mother (Linney) after her death. Seefried also co-wrote, co-produced and co-directed the series, which made the rounds at various media festivals. While working on "Sink," Seefried also made the jump to series regular with "Dietland" a drama about an overweight woman (Joy Nash) who finds herself caught between warring feminist factions. Seefried played a young man working at Nash's favorite café, who also harbored a secret crush on her.
