The final scene with Dudley Moore and Bo Derek is one of the most unique scenes in cinema history. Nothing goes as expected. And you never know which way things would turn. Bo Derek is utterly beautiful in "10." Her performance was perfect as a confident sexual being who believes she knows what she wants out of life. Her facial expressions were classic. I think it is one of the most underrated performances in cinema history. It's too bad she never found another worthy part to latch onto. See more gsm g 03/18/2024 As a movie, I saw as a kid I don't remember much about it other than I kept waiting on this viewing for Bo Derek to appear and be part of the movie. I didn't remember how much nudity there was in it surprisingly also I did not really watch this movie more so this time i kept clicking the fast forwarded icon as i could tell the scenes were boring also surprised by the ending mind you it was 45 years ago on hbo at uncles house . See more dave s 02/06/2023 For those old enough to remember 1978, do you recall standing in longer than normal lines to get tickets for Blake Edwards' 10, only to be disappointed that all shows were sold-out? Looking back 45 years later after having seen the movie again, do you wonder what all of the hoopla was about? To say that 10 hasn't aged particularly well would be a gross understatement. Filled with juvenile humor, more pratfalls than you can imagine (please just climb the friggin' hill, Dudley!!), scenes that run far too long (the debate over the definition of ‘broad' is actually painful to watch), and an icky story from another era (would the young, beautiful bride really be interested in having sex with a drunken, dwarf-like middle-aged stalker?), you really have to wonder what the point of it all is, because the points don't seem to have anything to do with comedy or romance.
