Audience Member Director Irving Lerner made consecutive films with Vince Edwards in the late 1950s. The first was the under-seen classic Murder By Contract and then this one City Of Fear. Both would be an excellent double-feature of their best work. FÃ¥nge rymmer frÃ¥n San Quintain fängelset och stjäl samtidigt ett kilo heroin tror han. Det visar sig att det inte är heroin han stulit utan ett kilo Cobolt 60, ett radioaktivt ämne som används för experiment pÃ¥ fÃ¥ngarna. FÃ¥ngen och behÃ¥llaren med ämnet mÃ¥ste hittas snabbt för att inte en storskalig katastrof ska utbryta i LA. Föredömligt kort speltid och har man överseende med de nÃ¥got krystade inslagen i storyn sÃ¥ funkar den bra. Rated 3/5 Stars •  Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Audience Member Realistic location photography and a heightened Cold War sense of radioactive paranoia distinguish Irving Lerner's B-picture, a re-teaming with Vince Edwards, star of "Murder by Contract", as an escaped convict carrying around a tin of nuclear material, which he thinks his heroin, and it's slowly killing him.
