The obviously improvised proceedings -- at least let's hope they're improvised -- fail to produce the desired laughs, with frequent pauses after punch lines that will only result in lengthy silences.

Sometimes laugh out loud funny documentary that runs out of steam about half the way through. Wendi McLendon-Covey is hilarious as the racist real estate agent from hell though.

Funnier than I expected, but I was expecting an unmitigated disaster. Wendy McLendon-Covey, as you might have guessed, is fantastic, but the news is that she is more fantastic than you might have guessed she would be. She's not that far off from Clemmy Johnson, but then, she doesn't need to be, because Clemmy Johnson is fabulous. In any improv-mockumentary, you're going to have actors who take their characters' quirks too far; fortunately, this only happens very rarely here. On the downside, many of them are merely amusing rather than truly funny. I found myself waiting impatiently for McLendon-Covey's next appearance.
