My first movie properly focused on gay relationshjips. Hence no comparison. But only a pleasant surprise. Very simple yet with comical elemets and with some 'reality' I have brushed against when being in Israel. I should (I will!) watch more films on the topic to be able to give a balanced judgement.

One big fat message is: all gay men are drop-dead gorgeous. The intention is good, the romance is cute, and the sex scenes are amazing. However, on the whole it's inconsistent and it lacks character development.

This is definitely one of the better Queer Films that Ive seen in recent years. Despite being set in an enviously homosexuality-accepting Israel, this film portrays a rather Universal tale of Love and relationships between gay characters. A tale more engaging than some of the other Queer (or straight) romance flicks Ive seen. This film is worth a watch if you are at all interested in Queer Cinema. Oh, and I
