So I just finished watching How the Grinch stole Christmas, and in my opinion, I cannot recommend this to anyone who cannot stand the sight of Animal Abuse. The treatment of Max in this short film was so bad that it ruined the entire film for me, some reused animation was so obvious that it took me out of the immersion for a moment. There are plenty of good things about it, like the animation itself was fantastic and the songs were great.

This film is the de facto Christmas film for many people across the world. It’s wholesome story, iconic characters and timeless animation style make this a film people watch as a yearly tradition come Christmas time. This, in conjunction with its brevity, make it appealing to both kids and adults alike.
