NiB Y Much better than it's standalone predecessor "Flood!". While the characters are dull, full of unfinished and badly written arcs, that you never really will care for anyone of them; the amazing action and visual effects alone makes this worth a watch, as unlike "Flood!", this movie is certainly not boring. The pacing is perfect and the fire in question starts at the first 10 minutes. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 09/07/24 Full Review Audience Member Really bad, but somehow great.
