Jack O While looking at the films that are interesting, usually the ones that really do thrill me, move me and keep me on the edge of the seat, well, not as good as to say thrilling. I think Masquerade would be the proper example. While it had a good plot but when watching this movie I really do think it has it's moments, like the relationship between the characters played by Rob Lowe and Meg Tilly and all. I think this is the same plot as Body Heat starring William Hurt and Kathleen Turner. While I am a fan of 80's, I think this drama thriller is just a solid experience. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 06/22/23 Full Review Kathleen K Eeeeeeeeeewwwww. This was a boring, unrealistic, poorly acted/directed waste of time. I have seen better 3 minute movies on TikTok. How are these folks able to get financial backing on what becomes yet another awful film? I just don't get it. Don't they vet scripts anymore? Rated 1 out of 5 stars 08/18/22 Full Review Audience Member Lots young, great looking stars. Lots of twists. Lots of boats. Too much swelling music. Good time! Rob Lowe a perfect fit in this role. Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating

Roger Ebert Chicago Sun-Times That's what happens, all right, but what really happens is a lot more complicated. Because Masquerade depends upon its many surprises, I won't reveal any more of the plot.
