Mum L This was a low-key sweet, sharing the couch with a friend and a bowl of popcorn movie about a newly divorced man learning about the world of relationships. The humor was subtle and the acting was very good. My problem is that in 2024 it is very dated: Those weekly newspapers no longer exist morphing into dating apps and blogs; roller skating has yet to re-emerge as a public pastime; phones, clothes, etc. I did enjoy the movie, though. 3.5/5 Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/18/24 Full Review Audience Member Filmed entirely in Minneapolis, this film explores the pitfalls and trauma of using the personal ads in the early 80's per Internet and online dating. Some good humor at times Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/29/23 Full Review Read all reviews
