      Audience Member The first artificial heart is made and used. It's time to see a real movie for a change. Hospital drama shows heart transplants up close. It's the first film I ever saw that shows surgery up close and personal. No fake stuff in this one, its like you are there! Respected cardiac surgeon Dr. Thomas Vrain performs a risky operation to provide a patient with the first artificial heart ever implanted in a human subject.
