The plot is also strange and leaves you rooting for the mobsters to get their kids back more than you care about Frank Castle being the one to save them. See more Ross F 06/09/2024 Saw this movie when I was a kid, watched it recently and thought it was still an enjoyable action film. Think Dolph Lundgren was good in this film. It's a short entertaining action film. The plots simple, and though it doesn't have any recognised 'Punisher' villains, I don't see why it gets all the negativity.
