I really like this one a lot. I don't understand why it got panned so hard :D It is definitely part of that "90s home alone" style of film. It's not a slapstick comedy, but it's not too serious, great combination. If you were a 90's kid, you'll love this throwback.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie! I especially enjoyed seeing Gabourey Sidibe raw and real! Her character was heartfelt, adorable, and a fierce warrior! And, she was funny as HECK!!! Netflix comedy show on the horizon?? A superb spin on a Christmas movie. Filled with relevance, substance, and depth. Kel Mitchell and Loretta Devine will warm any heart; they never disappoint! The combination of the three was stellar! It will definitely be my ‘go to' Christmas movie every year! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 SUCH A FUN-FILLED MOVIE!
