Ken Hanke Mountain Xpress (Asheville, NC) Norman Wisdom was sort of England's Jerry Lewis. That says it all Rated: 2/5 Jul 30, 2002 Full Review Read all reviews

Audience Member kinda like UK version of our keystone cops Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/21/23 Full Review Audience Member Very dated, unfunny. Norman Wisdom films were recommended to me by my friend, Mike who loves the same type of Brit comedies as myself, but this film was just awful. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/27/23 Full Review Audience Member Norman at his best, a brilliant example of Wisdom's comedy. I love the scene, although very silly, when all the policemen are running around. The comic timing is just brilliant and I was kept entertained throughout. A solid performance from all the actors, Norman is particularly charming, and his co-actors supporting him well. The plot is not that smooth and is all over the place, to be honest this film is just a load of sketches stitched together to make some sort of plot, this is not a big problem, and there is still plenty to entertainment. Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/17/23 Full Review Audience Member one of norman's best & funniest, the chase through the back gardens is so funny decent story Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Not the best story in the world, but it is one that showcases Norman Wisdom's comic talents to the full. He's on good form here. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/06/23 Full Review Audience Member Norman Wisdom being Norman Wisdom. Still funny despite being made a while ago.
